Is my credit card information secure through this site?YES! Our online store  accepts credit cards; rest assured that both your credit card information and  personal information are protected. If you log in to register with our site  your personal information is protected and never shared.

Shipping
We use  plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler , a packaging combination  that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. We  ship via Federal Express. When you place your order, we ship on  Monday’s and Wednesdays, if you have an order  that is urgent and must be there on a certain day or weekend  please call us toll free at 1-888-769-3885 (  additional shipping and handling charges may apply.). As you finalize your order  the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. We ship our  packages overnight and 2nd day delivery. Our shipping and handling  rates are based as follows. Standard Overnight shipping charges include  overnight shipping, insulated shipping box, dry ice or gel-ice, and shipping  insurance. As the Cost Per Pound, shipping charges are relatively high for  small amounts but decrease rapidly for larger orders. Our base shipping costs  are $17.00 plus Federal Express charges.  Some "remote areas"  require FedEx Priority Overnight shipping which is an additional cost.
Online orders receive order  confirmation and invoice email at the time of each order. Each order also  receives shipping confirmation emails on the day of shipment which includes the  order's tracking number. As a safeguard, Salmonnow tracks all packages to  insure proper delivery.

You can track your own package by logging into your account. At the top of your  account page you will find a form area that allows you to enter your order  number and email address, then forwards you to the FedEx tracking page where  you can view your shipment information.

 

What should I do with the dry ice?Dry Ice is extremely cold so use  caution when handling. Keep it wrapped and dispose of it in your garbage.


How does your product arrive?
Orders that are shipped via FedEx arrive in an insulated  shipping box with either dry ice, or gel packs.


Can I include a personal message ordering as a Gift.?
Yes you can or you can use our convenient Gift Certificate  that will be emailed to your friend with a personal message from you. Simply go  to the gift certificate tab and fill out the form of who you would like to have  the gift certificate emailed to. This will allow them to make their own  selection.
Of if you would like select for them and to have it shipped  directly to your friend with a short personal note included we can do that for  you also.


Do you ship to Canada or other Countries?
No, we only ship within the continental USA.


Can I use my own UPS or Federal Express Account?
No,  We can not accept  customers Federal Express or Ups accounts for shipment.
